In this role, you’ll play an important part in the customer service puzzle, by providing our global customers with a great service experience. Together with the rest of the Customer Service Team, you’ll act as a critical link between the customer and internal departments,
As a Customer Service Coordinator, your responsibility is to take care of the key component in the customer service experience: the customer themselves. You will process orders, arrange shipments, issue invoices and customs clearance. You also monitor and follow up on open inquiries and general customer service activities.
All of this to ensure that the level of customer satisfaction stays high throughout the entire sales process. While providing customers with excellent service, you will coordinate with sales, planning and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
We’re looking for someone with a great set of customer service skills in their tool-bag. You’re an excellent communicator, with impressive interpersonal skills. You hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree or equivalent. You have 5+ years of work experience of similar work tasks. You know your way around Microsoft Office. You have prior experience on logistics systems. You can easily speak and write in English. Finnish, Swedish and German are seen as a plus.
