Product Owner
Nordic Lights
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Product Owner to join our engineering team.
As a Product Owner at Nordic Lights, you will have the opportunity to dive deep into the possibilities and challenges of vehicle lighting in the forestry, construction, mining, agriculture, and material handling industries. You will be responsible for specific product families or customer projects, managing the entire life cycle of our high-end LED lighting products and solutions.
Cross-functional collaboration is at the heart of the role. On a daily basis, you will work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Production, and Engineering. As part of Methode Electronics’ global Engineering team for lighting solutions, you’ll also collaborate with colleagues across countries and locations, bringing together different perspectives and expertise to turn customer needs and business opportunities into successful products and solutions.
You’ll work in close cooperation with industry giants such as Caterpillar, John Deere, Liebherr, Komatsu, and Ponsse, to name a few. You have strong networking skills and are a true problem solver and coordinator who quickly adapts to change. Juggling multiple projects side by side is no problem for you. You thrive on working closely with your team towards common goals, while being equally comfortable working independently. You have the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technically and commercially feasible solutions.
You hold an engineering degree or equivalent qualification and communicate fluently in English. Finnish and/or Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.
